Express Healthcare Professionals is locally owned and managed by healthcare staffing experts who have supported local facilities with staff for over 25 years. We work with a variety of clients including Acute Care, LTC, Clinics and Treatment Centers. Because we are locally owned we have the ability to offer high pay rates, great local support and service, and quickly recruit and place staff on assignments; receiving submission preference from many of our clients. We do one thing very well...we place clinicans on assignments in Oregon.


We have day and night shift Med Surg positions available in the Clackamas and Portland area hospitals. We pay $44-$48/hr. and can offer stipend packages for nurse travelers. Orientations are frequent! For these positions we require a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Med Surg RN as well as a valid Oregon license and BLS. With over 15 years of healthcare staffing and recruiting experience, Nina Cisneros leads the daily staffing and recruitment functions for Express Healthcare Professionals. Cisneros broad and unique skill set provides an opportunity for both clients and associates of Express Healthcare Professionals to work with an understanding, competent healthcare professional. Prior to joining Express, Cisneros has worked on large recruitment projects and most recently successfully recruited and placed RN’s for the new Kaiser Westside Medical Center location as well as for Oregon Health and Sciences University. During her tenure at Medical Staffing Network she gradually increased responsibility and launched several successful new business initiatives. After joining MSN and rapidly growing their Travel Nurse program, she assisted in the sales, implementation and management of a large MSP relationship in Oregon with a multi-site Acute Care system. She also managed daily operations as the Branch Manager of their Oregon location.
