    A beautiful 110 bed assisted living facility in Portland, Oregon is seeking a qualified RN for a Full time Director of Health Services (RN) position!

     

    Location: Portland, Oregon

    Start: ASAP (This is a permeant positon with AMAZING benefits)

    Pay: Starting: $75,000 annually

    Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (some on-call needed to answer staffs questions) 

     

    Responsibilities/Qualifications/Skillset :

     

    What do I do as a DHS? The DHS leads, mentors, trains and supervises a team of care professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care for each resident. DHS’s work closely with continuum of care providers to manage all levels of residents’ needs.

     

    Other day to day duties include:

    • Review physician orders and 24 hour reports.
    • Complete various assessments such as Change in Condition and Admission.
    • Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
    • Be a key player in all state and federal surveys, and in developing and deploying plans of correction.
    • 2-years of Charge Nurse experience
    • Ability to lead a team
    • Ability to work after hours if needed
